March: Our Unique Gifts

This month the Vassars looked at each of our unique gifts we have in our family. We celebrated with a green cake in light of St. Patrick's Day. On top we put cards listing our gifts. Judson is unique because he is very loveable and gives good hugs; he brings energy and joy; & he makes people smile (even strangers). Neeley is unique because she makes us think more about God; she compliments on things others do not notice; & she watches out for Jud at night. Ginger is unique because she takes care of the family with kindness and joy; she is patient and very supportive; & she makes the family feel safe. JR is unique because he is really merciful; he teaches and nurtures his family; & he spends lots of fun times with the family. We had fun talking about each other's gifts to each other over the dinner table that night. Neeley had fun helping write the things down. We put each other's "gift cards" on top of the green cake and read each one before eating the cake!
