For anyone interested...this is how we made our dresses for Haiti. But, you can use these instructions and adapt them to whatever child you wish. You can also make them as fancy or as simple as you like...perhaps as nice as an Easter dress or as simple as a play dress. You can make your own ties out of your own fabric or buy pre cut and pressed bias tape to sew on your raw edges under arms, etc.
